The service

Tuloy provides software for accommodation businesses to manage bookings, payments records, expenses and guest communication. Tuloy is not a travel agency, does not own or operate any property, and is not a party to any agreement between a Host and a guest.

Payments

Tuloy does not process, hold or transfer money for bookings. Guests pay Hosts directly. Payment records and uploaded receipts in Tuloy are for the Host's tracking; Hosts are responsible for verifying payments in their own accounts. Tuloy subscription fees are paid manually and activated after verification; nothing renews or charges automatically.

Host responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices and policies, for honoring confirmed reservations, for complying with local laws, permits and taxes, and for handling guest personal data lawfully. Booking requests are not confirmed until the Host approves them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tuloy for unlawful activity, to misrepresent properties, to send spam, or to upload content you don't have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Plans and downgrades

Plan limits and features are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. Downgrading never deletes your data, but some features may become unavailable.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Tuloy available and accurate, including calendar conflict protection, but the service is provided “as is”. External calendar sync is not real-time. To the extent allowed by law, Tuloy is not liable for indirect losses or for disputes between Hosts and guests.
