Do I need a credit card?+
No. Start on the free plan or the 14-day Pro trial. When you upgrade, pay via GCash or bank transfer and submit the reference; your plan is activated after verification.
Does Tuloy collect my guests' payments?+
No. Guests pay you directly through your own GCash, bank or cash. Tuloy helps you track and verify those payments.
What happens if I downgrade?+
Nothing is deleted. You just can't add more units or use paid features until you upgrade again.
What counts as a bookable unit?+
Anything with its own calendar. An exclusive-use resort is one unit even with many rooms. Five separate condo units are five units.
Can I import my old Excel bookings?+
Yes, on Starter and Pro. Upload a CSV or Excel file, review every row, then import.
